Comprehensible Input Strategies

Immersive, context-driven environments are the bedrock of glotodidactics. A robust curriculum does not explicitly explain grammar upfront; instead, it provides an ecosystem of rich, understandable messages.

Drawing inspiration from classical immersion frameworks, the goal is to lower the affective filter and allow the brain’s pattern-recognition engines to work naturally.

However, auditory input alone can sometimes lack physical grounding. To maximize retention, these auditory streams should be paired with the physical frameworks discussed in Somatic Enactivism and Multimodal Input. The integration of sound and movement stabilizes the learning environment.
